RETURNS AND WARRANTIES

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

All products supplied by us are covered by warranty as prescribed by the Australian Consumer Law, which does not cover negligent or intentional damage or wear and tear over time.

RETURNS

Once your order has been received, we give a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you received your order, if for any reason besides changing your mind you should not be satisfied with the same.

All products must be returned in their original condition. This means that items must be returned in the original packaging with the original tags, leaflets and free gifts originally supplied by us or they may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

This return policy does not apply in cases where the products have been used, damaged after delivery, if any attempt has been made to alter the products or if they have been dropped or broken.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, all postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the Buyer so we recommend that you return the products via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage.

In doing so, you assume any risk of theft and loss or damage of goods during transit. Accordingly, we recommend you take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier.

We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

For hygiene reason all underwear and swimwear products are excluded from the return policy.

REFUNDS IN CASE OF DELAY OR UNAVAILABILITY

Should due to unforeseen circumstances a product you ordered not be available or delayed on our end, we will notify you of the same and either offer you a refund or obtain directions as to your acceptance of the delay of the order.

We note that in doing so we reserve the right to cancel any order and will promptly refund any money paid using the original payment method.

EXCHANGE

Should you not be eligible for a refund or a return, we reserve the right to offer you an exchange instead.

Your satisfaction is our priority so please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we are able to assist and resolve any of your concerns.

You normally will receive email confirmation of any order you place with us containing your order details within a few minutes of ordering.

Unless stated otherwise, we will send your order via Australia Post within 1 Business Day of receiving payment.

SHIPPING

In order to provide the best possible service to you, no shipping is charged on orders within Australia of any amount.

At the moment our site is unfortunately not set up for international shipping. However, should you be interested in our products and wish to make an order for international delivery, please contact us.
